Spring CSU Applicants

To ensure sufficient processing time for CSU E-Verification, it is highly recommended to apply for the ADT Degree by September 9.  Final degree application deadline is October 9.

SDSU Spring Admissions Appeals for Veterans and Active Duty: applicants who wish to use an ADT for admission must contact ºÚÁÏÍø.Transfer@gcccd.edu for assistance.

Fall CSU Applicants

To allow sufficient processing time for CSU E-Verification, once you enroll in your final courses to complete your ADT, please apply for graduation by attending a Transfer Graduation Application Workshop.

Final deadline: March 5, 2027, at 5 p.m.

If you were already awarded your ADT in a previous semester, you do not need to submit a new graduation application.

ºÚÁÏÍø College will begin the verification process at the start of the spring semester. Once your ADT is electronically verified, you will receive a confirmation email from your Evaluations Advisor.

Even after you receive confirmation from your ºÚÁÏÍø College Evaluations Advisor that your ADT has been verified, your CSU portal may continue to show œverification pending until March 13 or several business days afterward while the CSU processes the data. CSU campuses may review and import verification data at different times.

If your status remains pending 10 business days after the verification deadline, contact the CSU campus or the ºÚÁÏÍø College Transfer Center for assistance.

Completed course work outside of GCCCD

All transcripts from previously attended colleges must be on file at Grossmont or ºÚÁÏÍø College before your Associate Degree application can be reviewed and verified. Please request any outstanding official transcripts as soon as possible.
All transcripts should be received by February 12 to allow sufficient time for processing and review.

Electronic delivery of official transcripts is preferred, when available. You may submit your graduation application before all transcripts are received; however, it will remain pending until all required transcripts are on file.

If you are enrolled at another college during the spring semester, aside from Grossmont College, please contact evaluations office @ cuyamaca.evaluations@gcccd.edu

At the completion of the spring semester, an OFFICIAL final transcript is required before your ADT can be reviewed and posted to your transcript.
